Mission Statement

This mission statement is a long time coming. I started this website back in 2003 and started my business in 2005. But I feel the need to go ahead and come up with some goals and values for this website to help keep me on track.

Values:

Customer Service: Making sure every customer is completely satisfied.
Excellence: Providing quality and accurate advice for building model bridges
Education: Working to help students learn about the concepts and not just giving answers
