Mission Statement

This mission statement is a long time coming. I started this website back in 2003 and started my business in 2005. I felt the need to come up with definite goals and values for this website to help keep me on track.

During my first year in college, I had the opportunity to take a class called Adventure Business and Management. This class inspired me to begin thinking about making a mission statement for GarrettsBridges.com. To help me come up with this statement, I have identified three values which I consider integral to the way I run this website. These values apply to both the business and the informational aspects of GarrettsBridges.com.

Values:

Customer Service: Making sure every customer is completely satisfied.
Excellence: Providing quality and accurate advice for building model bridges.
Education: Working to help students learn about the concepts behind the answers I give.

Mission Statement:

The mission of GarrettsBridges.com is to provide Excellence in Education and Customer Service to help students of all ages learn about model bridges.

I am posting this so that y’all can help keep me accountable to follow this mission statement and uphold these values in everything I do on this website. I value constructive criticism; if you see something that needs to be changed please let me know.

These three values and mission statement stem from an even higher goal. The ultimate goal of this website is to glorify Christ. This forms the foundation of everything I do. Sola Dei Gloria.
