West Point Bridge Designer Contest 2010
THE 2010 WEST POINT BRIDGE DESIGN CONTEST IS ALMOST UNDERWAY! The purpose of this contest is to draw in as many students as possible from all different places such as from military friendly colleges to display their talent. The United States Military Academy is pleased to offer the West Point Bridge Design Contest once again. The purpose of this Internet-based competition is to provide middle school and high school students with a realistic, engaging introduction to engineering. GarrettsBridges.com will be hosting a local contest this year! The local contest will run from Jan 29 to March 1, 2010. Anyone 25 and under can participate and have business cards to hand out if they wish. Stay turned for the contest code. Did I mention that there will be cash prizes for the top three teams?
