Many people come to GarrettsBridges looking for advice on building a toothpick bridge. And though I have thought much about it, I have not attempted to build one yet.

I need help! I am in the 8th grade and my teacher wants me to build a bridge entirely of toothpicks! I do not know how to do this. Guys and Girls, could you please help me?

nobody who comments on this site knows how to spell at all.. they all spell like they are in second grade.
yeah your right! im not wanting to be mean, but you should be old even to spell to post.
I agree that the spelling in some of the comments is terrible but if you are going to comment on that Cindy you should really read over what you write. While your spelling is fine, you grammer is bad. You say: “should be old even to spell” I think you are either missing a word.
…or you just need to re-phrase what you said.
I love how all three of you have either grammar or spelling mistakes in your posts.
Rob needs another period in his ellipsis.
Cindy, that should be “you’re,” “I’m,” and “old enough to spell.”
And Taylor, that should be “your grammar.”
The state of American education these days. It’s a good thing there are more important things in life than being able to spell, or we’d all be doomed.

I know ‘someonethatcanspell’ already corrected that part, but even his correction wasn’t complete. The word “and” should’ve been eliminated. His correction also created a sentence that was plainly awkward.

I think the website is great for people who are good at building stuff and have A LOT of free time, but i had to build a bridge from 1000 toothpicks or less and i wanted a quick and easy way to build a bridge. Something that you don’t need to draw a life size plan of and stuff and something that people who cant use glue without getting half the toothpicks there using stuck to them can build. but i looked all around this sight and there isn’t one.
Like i said its a great sight but can you please make an easy bridge?
